Here is a guide for Lost Valley Food/Wine pairing which we trust you may find useful for applying or sharing:
 
LV Merlot:
Seafood: Any Asian dishes with assertive favors, as well as Grilled/Broiled Tuna, Swordfish or Wild Salmon Dishes
Meat: Pork, Chicken, Veal, Duck.
Pasta with red Sauces
Risotto with Mushrooms or Asparagus
Cheese - Sheep and Goat
 
LV Shiraz:
Meat: Venison, Lamb, Beef, Stews.
Cheese - Cow and any Blue Cheese
 
LV Sauvignon Blanc:
Soups: Chowder, Bouillabaisse
Seafood: Shrimp, any White fish
Meat: Chicken, Veal,
Pasta with white sauces
