SAUVIGNON BLANC 2005: Orange blossom and tropical aromas with delightful hint of lemon zest and balanced spice lingering on palate.
SHIRAZ 2004: A beautifully balanced, soft and yet deeply concentrated bouquet of fragrant spice and berry fruit aromas. The palate shows the very best of cool-climate shiraz characters of elegance and subtlety, with fresh dark cherries and plum, lingering spice, white pepper and gentle liquorice flavours
MERLOT 2004: Smooth, full and luscious, with white truffle chocolate, rich berries and a wonderful hint of white pepper, spearmint & spice.
